Return & Exchanges
If there are any issues with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
Digital files such as patterns cannot be refunded or exchanged for another product, if you do have an issue with a digital order, please contact us.
If the item you have purchased classifies as faulty you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (postage costs excluded) or exchange, provided they are in the original packaging, in new condition and tags are still attached.
Any items returned in used condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item/s returned to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
Refunds or replacements are not available for everyday wear and tear.
If you wish to exchange your item/s you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have the new item sent out to you.
Exchanges will be shipped once we have received the original item and additional postage costs have been paid - we will contact you to arrange this.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, name and email address in your return to avoid any delay in processing your refund or exchange. These details can be found on the confirmation email you received when placing your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
